The interactor will find himself immersed in a three-dimensional virtual scenario inspired by a real landscape of the Italian peninsula, which will see the natural world, animal world and man represented holistically. A guide or mentalist with his own voice will help the interactor to undertake the meditation path along three levels of evolution which will correspond to a movement of ascension within the virtual world.

Mindfulness is a meditative practice developed in the Mindfulness Center School of Public Health, Brown University, Massachusetts, among its pioneers the best known is Jon Kabat - Zinn.
Mindfulness in your meditation practice is a powerful strategy for coping with emotional stress; its main objective is to develop a "decentralized" relationship with our thoughts, managing to see them only as simple products of our mind, as interpretations of reality and not reality itself.

Mixing Virtual Reality and Meditation might seem like a gamble, but we assure you that we didn't roll the dice hoping for the winning combination.
Virtual reality can be a unique experience at the intersection of dream and ritual. It can be presented as a surprising cathartic experience. Mindfulness in the same way is a wealth of knowledge about interiority that allows you to create useful tools to carry with you every day. Combining the two was inevitable in this time.
