Psychologist, analyst with Jungian training, he is a member of AIPA (Italian Association of Analytical Psychology) and IAAP (International Association for Analytical Psychology).
He trained as a Mindfulness Instructor at the "Motus Mundi" Mindfulness Center in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts, taught among others by Jon Kabatt-Zinn, Saki Santorelli, Florence Meleo-Meyer. Since 2010 he has been participating in Dharma study programs in the Indo-Tibetan meditation tradition in FPMT centers (Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition) and in the Vipassana tradition.
